Dano has just celebrated 37 years in the tattoo industry! He does every type of tattooing imaginable. Traditional, Tribal, Portraits, Traditional Japanese, Fine Line Black & Grey, Old School, New School, Cover ups, you name it. He has also been doing professional body piercing for over
19 years. Dano also builds one of a kind custom tattoo machines and
footswitches that are for sale to professional tattoo artists only. He has
considerable experience in graphic design and has worked in the commercial
arts field for many years. Dano was also very active in getting the state
of Michigan to pass the now enacted Department of Health Regulations
regarding Body Art Establishments. Dano is licensed by the Oakland County
Department of Health to practice body art in the state of Michigan. He is
also certified in Blood Borne Pathogens.
He is a member of the Detroit Blues Society, & plays guitar frequently with
a number of local blues bands, as well as his own band the Blues Conspiracy
Rockin Blues Review. Rest assured that your tattooing or body piercing experience will be a safe and pleasurable one.

Artist
CM has been tattooing 16 years, and is well rounded in
all styles of tattooing. He has worked at studios all over, from Florida
to Canada and back. When not tattooing, he is always creating some new
piece in a variety of mediums.

Lori completed an intensive apprenticeship at Bluz Tattooz under master piercer
& husband Dan Collins. She has been our fulltime piercer for 5 years now, and has a great
rapport with customers. Lori is Blood Borne Pathogens
Certified, and Licensed by the Health Department.
Alisha Braun
Shop Manager
Alisha has been with us at Bluz for about 5 years now.
I think we're stuck with her, and visa versa! Alisha is Blood Borne
Pathogens Certified.
Anthony Retsel
Dermagraphic Sterilization Technician
Anthony is Dan's son, and is the newest addition
to our crew. He does anything and everything needed to ensure that our
tattooers and piercers work smoothly with as few interruptions as possible.
Anthony is Blood Borne Pathogens Certified. Currently in Okinawa Japan on a 6 year vacation
in the US Air Force.
